the reception was very helpful with directions to local transport, a great help to explore the area. the room was spacious enough for two people and included a decent shower, this made mornings easier. the breakfast offered a tasty variety of options. i found the location convenient for accessing different parts of the city.
i noticed the absence of normal tea bags in the room, a slight inconvenience.

the location was a winner, especially since i needed quick access to canary wharf. staff members were so friendly. the bed felt so comfy after a long day. the room had a kettle for coffee and tea, very useful.
the pillows felt a bit too soft for my preference.

excellent proximitycomfortable bedstained bath towels
The hotel provided EXCELLENT proximity to the o2 arena! it was easy to go back and forth for the concert, what easy. the room was spacious with a very comfortable double bed. i was able to check in earlier than expected. It was amazing!
i found stained bath towels. the toilet flush was REALLY loud. the window curtains looked like they had mould on them.

The room was clean, which I greatly appreciated. The beds and pillows were indeed comfy. The plentiful supply of toilet roll was very useful. The location allows easy access to many places.
The breakfast selection was slightly limited when compared to other places.

The location was good for the 02 arena. It was a few minutes walk to the tube station and then only one stop to the venue. The staff were friendly and super helpful, that was something I appreciated.
My room was noisy. I was unable to sleep. I ended up on the floor of the bathroom just to try and get away from the noise coming from the hallway and the air conditioning system.
